Requirements for diagnosis and treatment plan:
If you want to know what we can do for you and give you an estimated cost of your treatment, we will need the following information:
1. Panoramic X-Ray: It shows us all the structures we need to see. It can be digital or film. You can get them at most dental offices.
2. Periapical full set of X-Rays:
You can get it at dental offices. They can be digital or film.
3. Digital Pictures: We need 5 different pictures:
1. Full face smille
2. Full smile close up
3. Full teeth fontal view
4. Upper arch
5. Lower arch
If you are going to take the pictures at home, use the macro mode
of your digital camara, which is specify with a flower symbol.
If you can’t send the 3 requirement we are asking you, send at least the Panoramic X-Ray for the estimated cost of your treatment. Remember that with a more complete information, it will be easier for us to give you an estimate of your treatment.
