The patient suffered an aggressive periodontitis in the gums. There is a desadapted and unaesthetic crown (white arrow). There is a wide space between the 2 anterior teeth (black arrow).

After
The periodontitis has been treated. The unaesthetic crown is changed for a totally porcelain crown (white arrow). A laminate porcelain veneer is used in the beside tooth (black arrow) for close the space between both teeth.
